This was the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER at a Taco Bell!! The Customer Service was simply AMAZING! I wish ALL Taco Bells were this focused on customers and fast service!! Too bad we couldn't get the wonderful young blonde lady (I believe she was a manager..) to agree to come back to Virginia with us because those Taco Bells need serious help with EVERYTHING! THANK YOU FOR THE BEST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE EVER!!! (Seriously, it was that good!!!)

Drive thru was very slow. There were not many cars in line and only a few people inside dining but took us over 15 minutes to order and get food for one person.

My favorite Taco bell in the whole area! Always clean. Manager-always in view. Food done right. Hot , neat and quick. I asked for the girls name who serves me usually because she seems to have honor in her work. I like that. It’s rear these days sorry to say but this young generation don’t have manners or values. I hope Taco Bell knows what a great worker they have and don’t take her for granite. Her name is Andrea M.

We came here on a super busy night and the employees were so overwhelmed. We waited over 30/40 minutes for our food but it came out great. I just hope they made it out of that night okay because as we left a BUS full of people came in to order all at once. Appreciate you all!

Ordered on the app instead of waiting online! Got food quicker than I would have waiting. Order was correct and tasted fresh!

Don’t be fooled by the old sign, no major problems here. Food was cheap, decent bathrooms, service was quick, no attitude, friendly cashier. Tables were a bit dirty, otherwise, no problems.

I am so super satisfied with this Taco Bell! They are always very cheerful and polite. Great food. Awesome people. Especially Shawanda!!! Love them.

Best taco Bell I have been to. Fast, clean and very friendly. I actually had to check if I was in a taco Bell.

It was ok, and customer service was good just not the best food I have had this time. Will probably try again though.

Food was good but they only had 2 guys running the place at 7:30! The dining room, therefore was a mess, there were no napkins at all (and when i asked for them he tossed a whole sleeve of them on the counter for me to get some out of which was rather rude), and the ladies restroom had a clogged toilet and plenty of mess as well. The owners should never have only 2 working. Ordering on the kiosk was the only option (they wouldn't take orders themselves) which is fine with me personally but not good business. Several patrons were unfamiliar with how to do that and were refused service which upset them. Just not a good situation. I did notice gloves were used in the back. That's good. But one of the guys went out for a smoke leaving the other alone... Not to mention all the duties left undone. It was sad to see. The employees deserve better, as do the patrons.

Very good. Excellent service in the middle of a medical emergency. A lady had fallen due to a seizure. They kept the line going and give excellent care to the lady. Very professional.

Food is always fresh and customer service is outstanding!

A little busy but the best Taco Bell we have been to. Always hot and fresh and they can move 15 cars through the drive thru in minutes! Our food is always as it should be at this location.

I went through the drive through and there wasn't even a line this time; it was 8:30ish pm. I did have a good size order to feed me, my husband and my growing, 12 yr old son. I should've checked the order before leaving or at least insisted on a receipt, but I was tired and still had a half-hour drive home. There wasn't a rain cover at the order menu speaker which also made it hard to see the menu and hear.. It wasn't a big deal to get soft tacos when I asked for regular hard tacos; however, when I got home the power burrito I had ordered for myself was missing. I wish it had been a better experience.

This is the best TB I have ever been in. The lady that helped us, Sharon, was so nice. It’s rare these days to find someone who cares about the customer these days. Food was fresh and very good, order was accurate.

Got nachos. Nothing like the tv ad. Not good at all.

Taco Bell is pretty good. Sometimes the Beef burritos hurt your eyes . Hurt your eyes trying to find the beef. 🤣

Fast good food

Wowww! Never had service like this. So amazing. I definitely recommend this Taco Bell. The staff was so friendly and so kind. They gave me adequate fire sauce for my burrito. I ordered a beefy crunch burrito with fire sauce. A large Baja blast easy on the ice. It was the best Baja blast I’ve ever tasted. It was like a tropical waterfall from heaven. My burrito was warm and fresh. No I did not forget about the nacho fries. Those warm seasoned fries with nacho cheese sauce is like a party in your mouth. I’ve never had Taco Bell so fresh and so good. I love this place I could eat here every day

Long line . Pretty fast service but hubby ordered a soft taco with the other items we ordered He had to repeat three times . Got home with food and no taco. I'll chalk it up to they we're super busy. Pic is of burrito supreme.

Line was long but line was cleared quick. Used the kiosk instead of waiting for person to take order and didn't wait long the 7 minutes to get food.

Love this place always great food

Food was very good, fresh, hot. But service was very slow and they were out of everything (sauce, utensils etc bins were all empty - long wait to ask and get stuff). That said, they did seem understaffed and were working quickly. But no one was very friendly or apologetic about the wait.

Not as good as it used to be. Cheese sauce is tasteless as well as the buffalo chicken sauce for the nacho fry platter. Not spicy at all. Beef didnt taste really seasoned either. The only thing good was steak quesorrita

The food was hot and fresh, made quick and served fast. Dining room was clean and constantly picked up.

A good place to go when you want to head for the boarder.

I only gave them 3 stars, not because there is something wrong, I do eat it from time to time. Generally if I have a taste for Mexican I go to a Mexican restaurant.

The employees were incredibly nice.

Wow!! The chicken power bowl was huge, fresh and delicious! I wish I had taken a picture because it was high class restaurant food picture worthy. Great people and great food! We'll definitely go back.
